My name is Laura Dowling, but everyone calls me “LD”.
I’m a transformational leadership coach which means I provide leaders of all walks of life with development and facilitation services that build confidence, unlock talent, and improve performance.
Simply put, I help people become the leaders they were meant to be.

Laura Dowling brings energy and passion to launch transformational leadership within individuals, teams, and organizations who are invested in people development, performance, and well-being. She has been focused on individual and team success since her international sporting career, and throughout her academic studies specializing in Sociology, Psychology and Population Health. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of LD Performance Consulting, a boutique holistic leadership development enterprise, she provides customized solutions to companies across the world. Her expertise has contributed to thousands of clients and various industries in almost all areas of work: corporate, private and public sectors, higher education, tech, healthcare, high performance sport, non-profit and faith-based organizations.
Laura holds the Professional Certified Coach designation with the International Coaching Federation, Maslow Executive Leadership, Erickson’s Coaching International and an additional six globally recognized coaching certifications, including assessment certifications with Gallup CliftonStrengths™, RocheMartin Emotional Capital Report, The BluePrint™ ToolSet, and Lego® Serious Play®. Her studies and applied work in the field of human development eventually led her to Harvard Kennedy School for the Art and Practice of Adaptive Leadership Executive Education Program.
She is a coach, trainer, mentor, yoga and meditation enthusiast. Her life is the culmination of global projects across three continents that have provided her with a rich variety of experiences. Each adventure, from the valleys of heartache and grief to the joy and achievement of summiting mountain tops and visiting awe-inspiring wonders of the world, have contained unexpected treasures that have shaped her understanding and perspective of the world around her.
